摘  要:随着人们生活水平的日益提高,畜禽肉品质问题受到广泛关注。由于一系列抗生素被禁用,新型药物的开发已迫在眉睫。植物提取物由于在改善肉品质方面具有良好的作用,因而引起了国内外研究者的广泛关注。文章就肉品质的影响因素和日粮添加植物提取物对畜禽肉品质影响作以综述。With the improvement of people's living standard, the meat quality of livestock and poultry has received extensive attention. Due to the prohibition of a series of antibiotics, the development of new drugs is immi? nent. Plants and their derivatives have attracted much attention both at home and abroad for their significant effects on improving meat quality. In this paper, the effects of diet supplemented with plants and their derivatives on meat quality of livestock and poultry were reviewed.
