摘 要:针对韩咀煤业2煤西翼辅运大巷与新掘巷道交叉点位置巷道围岩破碎、底鼓严重的现象,提出了"深浅孔、高低压"耦合注浆加固方法,阐述了耦合注浆加固机理,改善了传统注浆加固方法,从根本上提高了巷道围岩的整体性,改善围岩受力状态,提高了其承载力。现场实践表明:采用"深浅孔、高低压"耦合注浆加固方法对巷道进行加固,极大的改善了围岩受力状态,有效的控制了巷道变形及底鼓,实现了对巷道的长期稳定控制。Aimed at the phenomenon that the surrounding rock of the roadway is broken and the floor heave is serious at the crossing of 2# coal west wing auxiliary roadway and new roadways in the Hanzui mine. The method of shallow hole low pressure and deep hole high pressure coupling grouting was used to control the roadway deformation, and the strengthening mechanism of coupling grouting was stated. This method is improved based on the traditional grouting method, and the integrity of surrounding rock has been fundamentally improved. Moreover, it improved the stress state and increased bearing capacity of surrounding rock. The field practice shows that this method greatly improves the stress state of surrounding rock, effectively controls the deformation and floor heave of the roadway, and achieves long-term stability control of the roadway.
