摘  要:本文通过运用品管圈的管理工具来探讨医院检验科贝克曼全自动标本处理系统的月故障次数高的原因和改进措施,并降低设备月故障的次数。通过品管圈活动各项步骤的逐一实施,结合现状调查和各种分析方法,形成一套完整的品管圈活动的成果。通过实施后,2017年我院检验科全自动标本处理系统的月故障次数从平均14次/月,降低到8次/月。品管圈的方法在降低设备故障次数,提高设备运行性能上效果明显。该模式经过标准化和提炼,可以将整个模式在检验类设备上全面铺开,大大提高检验科人员的工作效能。This paper aimed to reduce the number of the monthly faults of the Backman automatic power processor equipment in clinical laboratory by using of the management tools of quality control circle(QCC).After implemented all the QCC steps in combination with survey and other methods,the QCC outcomes were achieved.Finally,the faults of the laboratory automatic specimen processing system of our hospital in 2017 had been reduced from 14 per month to 8 per month.The use of QCC had reduced the faults of the equipment and had improved its operation performance.The method can improve the efficiency of the staff in the laboratory through the way of standardization and optimization.
