摘　　要：目的通过对SIEMENS ECAMHD3R型ECT探头"无计数"故障进行分析检修,总结维修经验,以期减少故障率的发生。方法用点源测试测量准直器上的探头1和探头2后再进入机器本地维修模式,通过多组测试找到故障点。结果经检修后发现故障元件为探头2的PI59R板,更换后机器恢复正常使用。结论 ECAMHD3R型ECT探头部分结构复杂,疑难故障较多。维修时要根据设备运行原理详细分析,仔细查找故障。Objective To reduce the occurence rate of failures,the maintenance experience was summarized through ananlyzing and repairing the“no count”fault of SIENENS ECAMHD3R ECT probe.Methods Probe 1 and probe 2 on the collimator were measured by point source test.Then fault points were found through multiple sets of tests after entering the local service mode of the machine.Results After maintenance,it was found that the failure component was PI59R plate of probe 2,and the machine returned to normal use after replacement.Conclusion The structure ECAMHD3R ECT probe was complicated,there were lots of difficult troubles.Maintenance of ECAMHD3R ECT probe should be carried out based on detailed analyzing the operating principle of the equipment and finding faults carefully.
