摘　　要：目的了解大理市农村少数民族成年妇女骨质疏松发生情况,研究其影响因素。方法随机抽取大理市周围农村550例成年女性居民进行问卷调查,并测量相关指标。结果550例农村妇女中,可疑患有骨质疏松者218例,患病率为40.7%。在不同年龄、民族、文化程度、生育次数、绝经年限、居住环境、饮食习惯、运动、患慢性病及骨折史和是否服用的分类条件下,是否患骨质疏松的女性例数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,未绝经、服用钙片及木质结构居住环境为骨质疏松保护因素,饮酒、慢性病及骨折史是骨质疏松的危险因素。结论影响骨质疏松的危险因素较多,需积极采取措施,减少或延缓女性骨质疏松的发生。Objective To understand the occurrence of osteoporosis in adult women in rural minority areas in Dali,and to study the influencing factors.Methods A total of 550 adult female residents in rural areas around Dali were randomly selected for questionnaire survey and relevant indicators were measured.Results Of the 550 rural women,218 were suspected of having osteoporosis,with a prevalence rate of 40.7%.Statistics on whether there are differences in the number of women with osteoporosis under different age,ethnicity,education level,number of births,years of menopause,living environment,eating habits,exercise,chronic diseases and fracture history,and whether or not to take them.Academic significance(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the non-menopausal,taking calcium tablets and wood structure living environment were osteoporosis protection factors,drinking,chronic diseases and fracture history were risk factors for osteoporosis.Conclusion There are many risk factors affecting osteoporosis,and active measures are needed to reduce or delay the occurrence of osteoporosis in women.
