摘 要:调查发现,重大活动期间,民警工作压力源主要来自工作本身,职业倦怠整体检出率不高,能积极应对压力。相比机关科室与业务大队,派出所民警在职业倦怠、工作压力源方面均得分最高,但能获得的资源支持却相对薄弱。对此,可通过建立"有场地、有机制、有队伍"的心理工作模式、设置战时心理专员、加大基层派出所心理服务支持力度、开发警员间相互支持系统等来提高重大活动安保时期民警心理健康水平,以保障重大活动的顺利进行。A survey shows the police’s work stress source mainly originates from their own jobs, low detection rate of their job burnout and their positive response to stress during the big events. Compared with some relevant offices and operation groups, the policemen of the police stations score high in terms of job burnout and work stress source, but get access to relatively weak resource supports. Accordingly, efforts can be made to develop an effective mental work model, enhance psychological service supports from grass-root police stations, and develop the police mutual support systems so as to improve the police’s psychological heath during the big events and ensure the safe and sound progress of the big events.
