摘 要:为降低卷烟燃烧温度和烟气中有害物的浓度,研究膨胀阻燃材料对烟草薄片燃烧性能的影响。以壳聚糖和聚磷酸铵为阻燃材料制备了烟草阻燃改性薄片,采用扫描电镜分析了改性薄片的结构,微燃烧量热仪和热重-红外光谱系统分析了改性薄片的燃烧性能和热解特性。结果显示:壳聚糖和聚磷酸铵阻燃材料涂层能够促使烟草薄片的热解过程向高温区移动,有效延缓薄片主要成分的热解,850℃残炭量增加了23.7%。微燃烧量热测试分析表明改性薄片中的壳聚糖比例为5%时最大热释放速率和总热释放量比对照薄片分别降低了50.7%和35.8%。燃烧锥温度场分析也表明阻燃改性薄片烟支燃烧锥最高温度相比对照薄片烟支下降了77℃。In this paper,tobacco flame retardant modified sheets were prepared using a reconstituted tobacco sheet(RTS)as substrate and chitosan(CS)and ammonium polyphosaphate(APP)as flame retardant materials by dry-powder and layer-by-layer coating techniques.The structure,combustion behaviour and thermal degradation of CS-APP-RTS were investigated by SEM,micro-scale combustion calorimetry(MCC)and thermogravimetric analysis.Result showed that the incorporation of CS and APP flame retardant film could greatly drive the thermal degradation process to shift from low temperature to high temperature,which therefore resulted in significant delay of degradation and a 23.7% increase of thermal residue at 850℃ compared with RTS.MCC experiments confirmed that the CS-APP-RTS with 5%CS and 3%APP exhibited a 50.7% reduction in peak heat release rate and a 35.8% reduction in total heat release,relative to the uncoated RTS.In addition,the maximum temperature of temperature distribution maps of cigarette made by CS-APP-RTS decreased by 77℃ during burning state,thus demonstrating the high reduction of temperature and flammability.
