摘　　要：为准确评价批次间卷烟纸的质量稳定性,建立了基于热重分析法判定不同批次卷烟纸质量稳定性的方法。利用正交试验方法对卷烟纸样品用量、热分析升温速率、环境气体及其流速进行了优化,优化结果为:样品用量为10 mg左右,热分析升温速率为30℃/min,环境气体为空气,其流速为50 mL/min。在优化条件下对参照卷烟纸样品进行5次平行热分析测试,基于其测试结果定义了热失重曲线相似度阈值(R_(TH)),并将其作为其他批次卷烟纸质量稳定性的评价依据。利用本方法可有效检验不同批次卷烟纸的质量稳定性,得到的结果与烟气测试结果基本一致,且方法操作简单、准确度和精密度高,适用于相同规格批次间卷烟纸质量稳定性的判定。To accurately evaluate quality stability among different lots of cigarette paper,a method based on thermogravimetric analysis was established.The cigarette paper amount,thermal analysis heating rate,environmental gas and its flow rate were optimized by orthogonal test.The optimized results showed that sample amount was about 10mg,thermal analysis heating rate was 30℃/min,and air flow rate was 50mL/min.Under optimized condition,the control sample of cigarette paper was subjected to 5 parallel thermal analysis tests.Based on test results,similarity threshold of TG curve was defined,and used as the basis for judging quality stability of other batches of cigarette paper.Quality stability of cigarette paper of different batches could be effectively tested by this method.Results obtained were consistent with that from smoke component test.The proposed method is simple,accurate and precise,which is suitable for the evaluation of quality stability of cigarette paper of different batches.
