摘　　要：烟草野火病是世界普遍发生的一种细菌性病害。本文从野火病菌基因组学和致病性两方面归纳了烟草野火病的研究现状,总结了5个已完成测序的丁香假单胞菌属的基因组特征、致病岛、T3SS及其毒力研究、基因水平转移与病原菌寄主适应性进化,分析了野火病菌株的致病机理和生理小种,并对烟草野火病的深入研究方向进行了展望。Tobacco wildfire disease is a common bacterial disease in the world.To explore current progress on tobacco wildfire disease research,this paper summarized present research status of wildfire disease in tobacco based on Pseudomonas syringae pave.tabaci genomics and pathogenicity.Genomic features,pathogenicity island,typeⅢsecretion system and virulence,horizontal gene transfer and adaptive evolution between pathogen and host of 5 Pseudomonas syringae strains were investigated.Pathogenic mechanism,physioloigical race of tobacco wildfire strain were analyzed.Suggestions were put forward for further research on tobacco wildfire disease.
