替吉奥与吉西他滨治疗老年晚期胰腺癌的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较替吉奥与吉西他滨治疗老年晚期胰腺癌的疗效。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年2月安阳市肿瘤医院收治的老年晚期胰腺癌患者106例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组患者给予吉西他滨静脉注射治疗,观察组患者给予替吉奥口服治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况的差异。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为84.91%(45/53),明显高于对照组的54.72%(29/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为26.42%(14/53),明显低于对照组的60.38%(32/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与吉西他滨相比,替吉奥治疗老年晚期胰腺癌的疗效更为显著,可对病灶起到良好的清除效果,且毒副作用更小。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of tegafur and gemcitabine in treatment of the elderly with advanced pancreatic cancer. METHODS:106 elderly patients with advanced pancreatic cancer admitted into Anyang Cancer Hospital from Mar. 2016 to Feb. 2018 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via teh random number table, with 53 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given intravenous injection of gemcitabine, while the observation group received oral tegafur. Differences of clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups. RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 84.91%(45/53), significantly higher than that of control group(54.72%,29/53), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was 26.42%(14/53), significantly lower than that in control group(60.38%, 32/53), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Compared with gemcitabine, tegafur is more effective in treatment of the elderly with advanced pancreatic cancer, which has better clearance effects on the lesions with less toxic side effects.
