摘　　要：目的:探讨辛伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗脑血栓形成的疗效及对神经功能缺损的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2017年6月潜江市中心医院收治的脑血栓形成患者90例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组患者给予辛伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、美国国立卫生院卒中神经功能缺损评分量表(national institutes of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为93.3%(42/45),明显高于对照组的80.0%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者平均NIHSS评分为(14.3±3.5)分,明显优于对照组的(20.6±3.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辛伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗脑血栓形成的疗效显著,能够减轻患者神经功能的损伤程度。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of simvastatin combined with aspirin in treatment of cerebral thrombosis and its effects on neurological deficit. METHODS:90 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted into Qianjiang Central Hospital from May 2016 to Jun. 2017 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 45 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated with aspirin, while the observation group received simvastatin combined with aspirin. The clinical efficacy and the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) score of two groups were observed. RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%(42/45), significantly higher than that of control group(80.0%, 36/45), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the average NIHSS score of observation group was(14.3±3.5) points, significantly better than that of control group [(20.6±3.4)points], and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of simvastatin combined with aspirin in treatment of cerebral thrombosis and its effects on neurological deficit is significant, which can reduce the degree of damage to the patient’s nerve function.
