摘　　要：目的:探讨伊犁哈萨克自治州友谊医院门诊药房处方前置审核的实施与效果,促进临床合理用药。方法:我院于2015年11月实施处方前置审核,介绍在医院信息系统中建立处方前置审核的实施方法,比较实施前(2014—2015年)、实施后(2016—2017年)不合理处方干预数据、处方合理率相关数据的变化,评价处方前置审核实施的效果。结果:通过处方前置审核的实施,处方干预率由实施前的20.59%(11 467/55 692)升至实施后的100.00%(9 462/9 462),处方不合理率由实施前的6.39%(55 692/871 992)降至实施后1.49%(9 462/634 130)。结论:处方前置审核的实施可提高处方合理性,促进医院合理用药。OBJECTIVE: To provide the implementation and effect of pre-review of outpatient pharmacy prescription in Friendship Hospital of Kazak Autonomous Prefecture of Ili, so as to promote clinical rational drug application. METHODS: The prescription pre-review was conducted in Nov. 2015 in our hospital, the establishment of prescription pre-review in Hospital Information System was introduced to compared the changes of intervening rates of irrational prescriptions and rational rates between before implementation(2014-2015) and after implementation(2016-2017), in order to evaluate the effects of prescription pre-review. RESULTS: Through prescription pre-review, the intervening rate had risen from 20.59%(11 467/55 692) of before implementation to 100.00%(9 462/9 462) of after implementation, the irrational rate of prescriptions had decreased from 6.39%(55 692/871 992) of before implementation to 1.49%(9 462/634 130) of after implementation. CONCLUSIONS: The implementation of prescription pre-review can improve the rational rate of prescriptions and promote clinical rational drug application.
