摘 要:通过对支架前后连杆稳定运动机构不同结构类型进行对比分析,为ZFY18000/28/53D型大采高两柱放顶煤液压支架选取最佳结构,针对该支架实验室实验连杆承载工况,运用传统力学和整架非线性有限元分析法进行强度计算,有限元分析结果能够充分反应对称位置应力分布不均的特点,并能够直观反映应力分布趋势,更有利于液压支架结构件的优化设计,同时根据有限元计算结果总结出了传统力学计算无法反映的连杆应力分布规律,拓展了连杆承载特点,为传统力学计算公式的修正提供参考和思路。Different structure types of stability movement motion of connecting rods before and after of support, the optimization structure of two pillars top coal caving hydraulic support (ZFY18000/28/53D) with large mining height was selected, aim at working condition of connecting rods of support in the lab, and strength calculation was proceed under traditional mechanics and full frame nonlinear finite element analysis, the characters that stress distribution nonuniform at the location of symmetric position could be reflected, and also stress distribution trend could be illustrated directly, benefit for hydraulic support optimization design, at the same time, stress distribution law could be summarized by calculation results of finite element instead of traditional mechanics, bearing characters of rob was expanded, and referenced for modified of traditional mechanics formula.
