摘　　要：本文针对烟草行业特点和企业的实际需求,对烟草生产环节的质量管理进行了研究,将烟草生产的质量管理分为了几个核心功能模块,围绕这些功能模块解决企业急需解决的质量问题。通过在烟草企业的实际应用,证明该方法能够有效提高烟草的产品质量,同时通过与生产管理系统的集成,切实提高企业的信息化水平。Based on the characteristics of the tobacco industry and the actual needs of enterprises, this paper studies the quality management of tobacco production, and divides the quality management of tobacco production into several core functional modules, and solves the quality problems of enterprises around these functional modules. Through the practical application in tobacco companies, it is proved that this method can effectively improve the quality of tobacco products, and at the same time improve the information level of enterprises through integration with production management systems.
