摘 要:目的建立肾上腺素注射液中抗氧化剂亚硫酸氢钠的含量测定方法。方法基于在SO2存在下可以使得酸性品红溶液褪色的原理,采用比色法在548 nm波长处测定样品吸光度,根据吸光度值计算抗氧化剂的含量。结果在亚硫酸氢钠浓度为4~24μg·m L-1,吸光度值的倒数与其浓度呈良好的线性关系Y=0.007 8X+1.628 6(R2=0.999 5),平均回收率为102.50%(RSD=2.22%,n=9)。结论该方法准确,简便易行,可用于对肾上腺素注射液中亚硫酸氢钠含量的测定。Objective To develop a method for the determination of sodium bisulfite in Epinephrine Injection. Methods Based on the fading of fuchsin acid solution in the present of SO2 ,a colorimetric method was established to be used for the determination of absorbance at the wavelength of 548 nm,the amount of sodium bisulfite in sample was calculated by the absorbance value. Results The reciprocal of absorbance and the concentrations of sodium sulfite showed a good linear relationship over the range of 4~24 μg·mL -1 , Y =0.007 8 X +1.628 6( R2 =0.999 5) with the average recovery of 102.50%( RSD =2.22%, n =9). Conclusion The method was sample and accurate and can be used for the determination of antioxidant sodium bisulfite in Epinephrine Injection.
