摘 要:河流生态系统污染问题一直备受关注,水环境健康评价是水环境质量评估以及水体治理考核的重要环节。目前主要的评价方法有指示物种评价法和多指标评价法2种,但是评价过程庞杂不统一。三维荧光光谱技术拥有操作简单、迅速和灵敏等优点,本文在综述国内外河流生态系统健康评价技术的基础上,提出把EEMs技术引入到健康评价方法中,重点关注水体中有机污染物的来源和成分构成,以期为河流生态系统健康评价提供新的思路与方法。The pollution of river ecosystem has been closely watched, and river ecosystem health evaluation is an important part of water treatment. At present, indicator species evaluation and multi-index evaluation are two major ways,but the process of the assessment is complex and disunity. Excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy technology is easy to operate, fast and sensitive. On the basis of summarizing the health evaluation technology of river ecosystem in China and abroad, this paper introduces the EEMs technology into the river ecosystem health evaluation, focusing on the source and composition of organic pollution in water, so as to provide a new idea and method of river ecosystem health evaluation.
