中韩创新国际化发展比较及对中国的启示

摘　　要：文章基于创新国际化发展数据,构建了研发投入、国际技术流动、创新能力与经济增长的回归模型,对中韩两国创新国际化发展模式进行了研究,梳理了创新及创新国际化发展与经济增长的相关文献,报告了中韩两国研发投入、国际技术流动与创新产出的发展现状,通过采用主成分分析方法,展开了中韩两国创新投入与创新产出的调查,反映了中韩两国创新国际化发展促进经济增长的问题。结果得出:中韩创新国际化模式基本呈现出相同的发展路径;韩国创新国际化对经济增长的推动作用大于中国创新国际化对经济增长的积极影响。基于此提出加强科技研发投入经费、注重国际技术流动及提高创新成果的实际应用水平等政策建议,以期实现创新国际化发展推动经济增长的重要意义。Based on the data of innovation internationalization development,the author builds up the regression model of the r&d,international technology flow,innovation ability and economic growth,then studies the mode of innovation internationalization development between China and South Korea,combs the relevant literature of innovation internationalization development and economic growth,reports the r&d,international technology flow and innovation output in China and South Korea.By using principal component analysis method,the author carried out the investigation of the innovation input and output in China and South Korea,which reflects that the innovation internationalization development can promote economic growth.The results show that the mode of innovation internationalization basically presents the same development path between China and South Korea;the innovation internationalization in Korea plays more important role in promoting economic growth than the positive impact on innovation internationalization in China.Based on this,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as strengthening the investment of science and technology research and development,paying attention to the international technology flow and improving the practical application level of innovation achievements,and finally achieves the significance of promoting economic growth through the development of innovation internationalization.
