摘　　要：通过对棉花储备库的调研,分析棉花储备库致灾因子安全隐患,建立棉花储备库致灾因子安全评价体系。采用模糊综合评价方法,以致灾因子为对象,对棉花储备库进行安全评价。详细分析技术致灾因子安全评价等级,确定技术致灾因子安全等级为中等安全,同样采用模糊综合评价方法,分别对自然致灾因子、生物致灾因子、环境致灾因子、人为致灾因子进行安全等级评价,确定棉花储备库致灾因子的薄弱环节为人为致灾因子和自然致灾因子,为棉花储备库致灾因子安全防范提供技术支撑。Through the investigation of cotton storehouses and the analysis of potential hazards,established the safety assessment system for disaster factors of cotton storehouses.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to assess the safety of cotton storehouses.Disaster factors caused by technology were analyzed in details,and the results indicated that the technical disaster factor was identified as medium level.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the safety levels of natural hazards,biological hazards,environmental hazards,and human hazards were evaluated,respectively.It is found that human hazards and natural hazards are the weak points in the hazard factors of cotton storehouses,which provides technical support for safety precaution against the hazard factors.
