摘 要:为了研究U型渠道内板式流量测量装置测流时的水力特性,以FLOW-3D软件为基础建立模型,对渠底坡度i分别为1/500、1/1 000、1/2 000、1/5 000的渠道进行模拟,从流速、自由液面、测角板角度与流量关系等方面分析其水力特性。研究表明:U型渠道内流速在横向呈对称分布,最大流速出现在中线位置,在垂向上最大流速出现在水体内部;自由液面纵向比将随渠底坡度的增大逐渐增大;侧角板角度与流量之间关系符合对数分布;在同一流量作用下,渠底坡度越大,测角板角度越小。这一结论对板式流量测量装置在实际测流中具有一定的指导意义。In order to study the hydraulic characteristics of the flow measurement device in the U-channel,the mathematical model is established based on the FLOW-3D software. The slope i of the bottom of the channel is 1/500,1/1000,1/2000,1/5000 respectively. The 1/5000 channel was simulated,and its hydraulic characteristics were analyzed from the aspects of flow rate,free surface,angle of slab and flow. The research shows that the flow velocity in the U-shaped channel is symmetrically distributed in the lateral direction,the maximum flow velocity appears in the midline position,and the maximum flow velocity in the vertical direction appears in the water body;the longitudinal ratio of the free liquid surface will gradually increase with the increase of the slope of the bottom slope;The relationship between the plate angle and the flow rate is in accordance with the logarithmic distribution;under the same flow,the slope of the bottom of the channel is larger,and the angle of the angle plate is smaller. This conclusion has certain guiding significance for the plate flow measuring device in the actual flow measurement.
