摘　　要：国家治理需要催生了智库的产生,智库作为国家软实力的重要组成部分,在国家治理中的作用日益凸显。我国要实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,迫切需要加强中国特色新型智库建设。The need for national governance has led to the emergence of think tanks. As an important part of the country’s soft power,the role of think tanks in national governance has become increasingly prominent. The modernization of China’s national governance system and governance capacity urgently needs to strengthen the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics.
