摘　　要：2017年4月24日,河南省确山县某养牛场报告发生疑似牛支原体肺炎。为查明相关病因,控制疫情,减少牛场损失,防止类似事件再次发生,河南省动物疫病预防控制中心组织相关人员,采用现场访谈、实地调查、问卷调查的方式,开展了紧急流行病学调查。调查发现,犊牛长距离调运应激可能是该牛场牛支原体肺炎暴发的原因,不当的治疗方法造成了犊牛大量死亡。依据调查结果,提出了减少应激、加强卫生消毒和合理用药等牛支原体肺炎防治建议。On April 24,2017,a suspected bovine pneumonia outbreak was reported in a cattle farm in Queshan County of Henan Province. In order to find out the relevant causes,control the epidemic,and prevent similar incidents from happening again,related personnel were organized by Henan Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center,and an emergency epidemiological investigation was carried out by means of on-site interviews, field investigations and questionnaire surveys. According to the investigation,it was found that the long-distance transportation of calves might be the cause of the pneumoniae outbreak,and improper treatment continued to cause a large number of cattle deaths. At last,suggestions for prevention and treatment of bovine pneumonia were put forward,such as reducing stress,strengthening sanitation and rational use of drugs.
