摘  要:介绍了等温淬火球墨铸铁的性能特点,指出了影响ADI性能的主要因素:化学成分、铁液的处理、奥氏体化加热与保温、等温淬火温度。详细阐述了提高ADI综合性能的主要措施:(1)采用优质炉料及强化管理;(2)优化熔炼及合理控制;(3)合理控制化学成分与良好的铸态球化组织;(4)提高铸型紧实度与冷却速度;(5)合理制定热处理工艺参数。通过大量的生产实践证明:采取有效的工艺措施及严格的管理,可大幅度提高铸件的韧性和综合力学性能,更能扩展其应用范围。The properties characteristics of isothermally quenched nodular iron were introduced. The main factors affecting the properties of ADI were pointed out:chemical compositions,molten iron treating,austenization heating,holding,and isothermally quenching temperatures. The main measures to improve the comprehensive properties of ADI were described in detail:(1)Adopt high quality charge and strengthen management.(2)Optimize melting and reasonable control.(3)Reasonable control of chemical composition and good as-cast spheroidized microstructure.(4)Improve the compactness and cooling rate of the mold.(5)Reasonable selection of heat treatment process parameters. Through a large number of production practices,it had been proved that:adopting effective technological measures and strict management could greatly improve toughness and comprehensive mechanical properties and expand its application range.
