摘  要:介绍了液力传动机车阀体的结构特点,针对传统手工造型工艺带来的问题,制定了3D打印造型、制芯工艺。生产结果显示:通过采用合理的砂芯分型方案,大大减少了砂芯数量,有效控制了尺寸精度,铸件尺寸精度可以达到GB/T6414 CT9级,内腔壁厚均匀;简化阀体组芯工序,提高了生产效率;降低砂铁比,提高了铸件出品率,节约了各项成本;铸件外观质量良好,披缝少且容易处理;投产80件,未出现冷隔、穿皮等缺陷,夹渣报废4件,废品率为5%。The structural characteristics of the hydraulic transmission locomotive valve body were introduced. In response to the problems caused by the traditional manual modeling process,a 3D printing modeling and core making process was developed. The production results showed that:by adopting reasonable sand core classification scheme,the number of sand cores was greatly reduced,the dimensional accuracy was effectively controlled,the dimensional accuracy of castings could reach GB/T 6414 CT9 level,the inner wall thickness was uniform,the valve body core was simplified. The process improved the production efficiency,the ratio of sand to iron was reduced,the production rate was improved. Various costs were saved,the appearance quality of castings was good,the fashes were few and easy to handle. There were 80 pieces put into production,and there were no defects such as cold lap and shrinkage,and there were 4 pieces scraps by slag inclusion,the scrap rate was 5%.
