摘　　要：简要论述了一种小型生物质常压热水锅炉的研制及试验。锅炉采用两次送风系统,在提高燃烧效率的同时有效地防止了灰分结渣,采用防反烧设计可有效防止生物质在给料器内反烧和点火器过热,锅炉采用两级螺旋给料机构,同时采用预热水封除尘机构,提高了燃烧热效率,排烟更加清洁环保。This paper briefly discusses the development and test of a small biomass-based atmospheric pressure hot water boiler.The boiler has two air supply systems to improve the combustion efficiency while effectively preventing ash and slagging.Anti-reverse burning design is used to effectively prevent biomass reverse burning in the feeder and igniter overheating.The boiler also has a two-stage screw feeding mechanism and a preheating water seal dust removal mechanism,improving the thermal efficiency of combustion and making smoke exhaust cleaner and more environmentally friendly.
