摘 要:研究了NBR并用BR后,共混硫化胶的硫化特性、力学性能、耐热油老化性能和低温性能。结果表明,NBR并用20份BR后,共混胶硫化程度有所降低,硫化速率升高;拉断强度、扯断伸长率及100%定伸应力略有降低,硬度基本不变;在高温条件下测试,力学性能明显降低,且仍低于NBR硫化胶;耐热油老化性能基本不变,耐低温性能明显提升。The vulcanization characteristics, mechanical properties, hot oil-resistant aging properties and low-temperature properties of blended vulcanizates were studied after NBR blended with BR. The results show that after 20 parts of BR blended with NBR, the vulcanization degree of the blended rubber is reduced and the vulcanization rate is increased; The tensile strength, elongation at break and 100% modulus are slightly reduced, and the hardness is basically unchanged; Tested under high temperature conditions, the mechanical properties are obviously reduced, and still lower than the NBR vulcanizate; The hot oil-resistant aging properties are basically unchanged, and the low temperature resistance is obviously improved.
