摘　　要："乡村振兴"战略是二十一世纪中国特色社会主义的重大战略之一,也是未来"三农"政策的核心。乡村发展是黑龙江省作为农业大省要关注的重点问题,而财政政策的选择和施行贯穿了乡村发展的方方面面。文章首要分析了财政政策对于乡村发展的重要性,随后简述国家对于促进乡村发展实施的基本财政政策,对照国家的财政政策分析黑龙江省的特色财政政策,最后根据近些年黑龙江省财政政策的实施情况对未来黑龙江省财政政策的发展提出美好展望。The strategy of"rural revitalization"is one of the major strategies of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the 21st century,and is also the core of the future"three rural"policy.Rural development is the focus of Heilongjiang Province as a major agricultural province,and the choice and implementation of fiscal policy runs through all aspects of rural development.This paper first analyses the importance of fiscal policy for rural development,then briefly describes the basic fiscal policy of the state for promoting rural development,compares the national fiscal policy to analyze the characteristic fiscal policy of Heilongjiang Province,and finally according to the implementation of the financial policy of Heilongjiang Province in recent years to the future fiscal policy of Heilongjiang Province.The development of policy puts forward a bright prospect.
