摘　　要：乡村产业振兴是乡村振兴战略的首要任务,产业扶贫是乡村产业振兴的实施要点。文章认为,乡村产业振兴蕴含着产业融合、提质增效、品牌创新的发展理念,并以生产要素集聚、共生为本质要求。从乡村产业振兴本质要求来看,产业扶贫面临着生产要素集聚、共生困境,据此提出加强要素供给和制度供给的政策建议。同时,立足乡村产业振兴的科学内涵,进一步指出产业扶贫的转型方向。The vitalization of rural industry is the primary task of the rural vitalization strategy. Industry poverty alleviation is the key to the vitalization of rural industry. This paper focuses on three aspects of the vitalization of rural industry: industry integration, improvement of quality and efficiency, and brand innovation. The essential requirement for the vitalization of rural industry is agglomeration and symbiosis of production factors. Judging from the essential requirement for the vitalization of rural industry, industrial poverty alleviation is faced with difficulties of agglomeration and symbiosis of production factors. Based on this, this paper proposes a policy suggestion: strengthen the supply of production factors and systems. According to the scientific connotation of the vitalization of rural industry, the transformation direction of industry poverty alleviation is pointed out.
