摘　　要：以辽宁省农村居家养老服务供需调查数据为依托,使用加权最小二乘法(WLS),实证分析了农村居家养老服务需求水平的内在结构与逻辑机理。结果表明:在农村社区,居家养老服务需求水平的影响因素主要有人口特征、家庭特征、制度特征和社区因素等。为此,提出注重体现居家养老服务的公共服务性,减轻农村老年人的养老负担,逐步提升农村居家养老服务的需求水平;加大居家养老服务政策支持力度,尊重老年人的养老需求意愿;以农村居家养老需求为导向,优化服务供给机制,探索新型农村居家养老模式;提升居家养老服务的需求水平,有效改善农村老年人的福祉等对策建议。Based on the survey data of the supply and demand of rural home-based care services in Liaoning Province, this paper analyses the internal structure and logical mechanism of the demand level of rural home-based care services by using weighted least square method empirically. The results show that: the main factors affecting the demand level of home-based care services in rural communities are demographic characteristics, family characteristics, institutional characteristics and community factors. Therefore, it is proposed that the authority should stress the public service nature of home-based care services, lighten the burden of the elderly in rural areas, raise the demand level of home-based care services in rural areas gradually, strengthen the policy support of home-based care services, respect the demand willingness of the elderly, and optimize the mechanism of the service supply based on the demand of home-based care services in rural areas. New home-based care model of "combination of medical-nursing and care services" should be explored. The demand level of home-based care services should be enhanced in order to improve the well-being of the elderly in rural areas effectively.
