培育跨境电商促进江西外贸升级的对策研究

摘　　要：在"互联网+"国家战略的政策红利下,跨境电商已经成为中国外贸发展的新引擎。江西跨境电商发展起步较晚,发展规模与传统外贸地位不符,跨境电商生态链、通关便利性和物流成本都是阻碍江西跨境电商发展的短板。要有效促进江西跨境电商健康发展,必须坚持"自建+引进"跨境电商平台两条腿走路,搭建跨境电商公共服务平台,打造跨境电商生态链;依托江西现有平台不断提升跨境电商发展支撑指数,同时找准江西特有优势申报跨境电商出口试点城市,借力"一带一路"解决物流痛点,从而实现江西外贸升级转型。Under the policy dividend of national strategy"Internet+",cross-border e-commerce has already become a new engine of Chinese foreign trade development.Jiangxi is late for the development of cross-border electric business,and the scale is not consistent with the traditional trade status.Cross-border e-commerce ecological chain,customs clearance convenience and logistics cost are all short boards,which impede the development of cross-border e-commerce in Jiangxi.In order to effectively promote the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce,Jiangxi must insists on building its own cross-border e-commerce platforms and introducing famous platforms,to build cross-border e-commerce public service platform and ecological chain.Based on the existing basic platform,the cross-border e-commerce development support index should be raised constantly.In the meanwhile,it is necessary to identify the unique advantage of Jiangxi and declare the cross-border e-commerce export pilot cities,leveraging"the Belt and Road"to solve the logistics problems,so as to realize the upgrading and transformation of foreign trade in Jiangxi.
