摘　　要：目的探讨3X团队活动模式对支气管哮喘成年患者自我管理的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月于我院接受治疗的92例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予3X团队活动模式护理。比较两组患者干预前后自我效能感(GSES)评分,心理认知水平评分和哮喘复发情况。结果干预前两组GSES评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),干预后观察组GSES评分高于对照组(P <0. 05);干预前两组心理认知水平比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),干预后观察组心理认知水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);干预后观察组哮喘复发例数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论3X团队活动模式护理能够提高支气管哮喘患者自我效能感,提高患者心理认知水平,降低患者支气管哮喘复发情况,有助于患者形成良好的自我管理观念,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of 3X team activity model on self-management of adult patients with bronchial asthma.Methods To select 92 cases of patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with the same number of patients randomly.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given 3X team activity model on the treatment of the control group.The general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score,psychological cognitive level score and asthma recurrence of patients before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in GSES score between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the GSES score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in psychological cognitionlevel between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the psychological cognitive level score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of asthma recurrences in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3X team activity model nursing can improve the self-efficacy of bronchial asthma patients,and their psychological cognition levels.Meanwhile,it can reduce the recurrence of bronchial asthma in patients,thus help patients form a good self-management concep,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
