自我管理护理干预在维持性血液透析患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的自我管理护理干预在维持性血液透析患者中的应用。方法选择2017年3月至2018年9月我院血透室收治的155例接受维持性血液透析的患者为研究对象,采用整群抽样方法将其分为对照组77例和观察组78例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加自我管理护理干预。比较两组患者自我管理行为、生活质量和自我感受负担评分。结果观察组患者自我管理行为评分明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者心理健康、躯体健康评分明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者自我感受负担评分均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论维持性血液透析的患者过程中配合护理干预可以提高患者的自我管理行为、生活质量,改善自我感受负担,值得临床推广应用。Objective Application of self-management nursing intervention in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods To compare the scores of self-management behavior,quality of life and self-perceived burden,155 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis treated in our hemodialysis room from March 2017 to September 2018 were observed,and divided into control group of 77 cases and study group of 78 cases using cluster sampling method.The control group adopted the routine nursing,while the study group adopted the self-management nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Results The self-managment behavior score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mental health and physical health scores in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-perceived burden scores in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention on patients with maintenance hemodialysis during treatment could improve patients’self-management behavior,quality of life and relieve self-perceived burden,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
