跌倒风险分级护理在老年慢性病住院患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨跌倒风险分级护理在老年慢性病住院患者中的应用。方法选取我院2016年3月至2018年3月收治的108例老年慢性病住院患者为研究对象,根据患者入院先后顺序将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加跌倒风险分级护理。比较两组患者的跌倒知识知晓情况、跌倒发生情况、护理满意度以及预防跌倒健康行为评分。结果观察组患者的跌倒发生率明显低于对照组,防跌倒安全知识知晓情况明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组患者的健康行为评分明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对老年慢性病住院患者实施跌倒风险分级护理,能够有效提高患者对跌倒知识的知晓率,改善患者的预防跌倒健康行为,减少跌倒事件的发生,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application of grading nursing of fall risk in hospitalized patients with chronic diseases in the elderly.Methods To compare the mastery of falls knowledge,the incidence of falls,the satisfaction of nursing,and the scores of healthy behaviors to prevent fall,108 cases of hospitalized patients with chronic diseases in the elderly treated in out hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were observed,and were equally divided into control group and study group in accordance with the order of admission.The control group adopted the routine nursing,while the study group adopted the grading nursing of fall risk on the basis of the control group.Results The incidence of fall in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The mastery of fall prevention knowledge in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of healthy behaviors in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of grading nursing of fall risk on the hospitalized patients with chronic disease in the elderly could effectively help to improve the knowledge of fall and fall prevention behaviors in patients,reduce incidence of fall accidents and promote the patients’satisfaction with nursing.
