摘　　要：目的探讨积极主题循序心理干预法对银屑病患者体象障碍的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年2月于我院治疗的银屑病患者90例纳为研究样本,以随机数字表法等分为试验组和对照组,对照组接受常规心理干预,试验组在此基础上加用积极主题循序心理干预法干预,对两组患者干预后体象障碍进行评分。结果试验组患者干预后体象障碍各维度评分均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论将积极主题循序心理干预法应用于银屑病患者,可获得较好的改善其体象障碍的护理效果。Objective To explore the effect of positive thematic sequential psychological intervention on body image disturbance in patients with psoriasis.Methods To select 90 cases of psoriasis patients treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 as the study samples,and they were divided into study group and control group with the same number of people according to random digital table method.The control group was given routine psychological intervention,while the study group was given positive thematic sequential psychological intervention on this basis.The body image disturbance of the patients in the two groups was scored after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of all dimensions of body image disturbance in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of positive thematic sequential psychological intervention to patients with psoriasis can obtain better nursing effects to improve their body image disturbance.
