中医情志护理联合冥想放松训练对冠心病心绞痛患者情绪状态与睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志护理联合冥想放松训练对冠心病心绞痛患者情绪状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月62例冠心病心绞痛住院患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医情志护理联合冥想放松训练。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量评价量表(PSQI)评价两组患者焦虑、抑郁状态、睡眠质量及心绞痛发作频率。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组PSQI各维度评分明显低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组每7 d心绞痛发作频次明显少于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论中医情志护理联合冥想放松训练,有助于缓解冠心病心绞痛患者不良情绪,改善其睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emotional nursing combined with meditation relaxation training on emotional state and sleep quality of patients with angina pectoris.Method To select 62 cases of hospitalized patients with angina pectoris from January 2016 to December 2017 as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with meditation relaxation training on the basis of the control group.By applying the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),the anxiety,depression,sleep quality,and frequency of angina attacks among patients in the two groups were evaluated.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of angina pectoris every 7 days among patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional nursing combined with meditation relaxation training can help alleviate the negative emotion of patients with angina pectoris as well as improve the quality of sleep among the patients.
