摘 要:黄河小浪底水利工程投入运用后对黄河下游河道的影响程度如何是黄河治理者非常关心的问题。基于多期Landsat TM/ETM等卫星影像数据,解译提取了1985、1990、1995、2000、2005、2010、2015年等小浪底水库运用前后7个年份的黄河下游河道水域数据,通过空间叠置分析、列表对比,揭示黄河下游河道的时空变化特征。结果显示,小浪底水库运用前,黄河下游河道宽,水域变化大,1985—2000年的15年间面积变化546.979 km2;小浪底水库运用后,黄河下游河道变窄,水域变化小,2000—2015年的15年间面积变化46.759 km2。说明小浪底水库投入使用后,有效控制了黄河下游的流量和流沙,对稳定黄河下游河道起到了作用。The extent of the influence of Xiaolangdi water conservancy project on the lower Yellow River channel after it was put into operation is a matter of great concern to the administrators of the Yellow River. Based on multiperiod Landsat TM/ETM satellite image data, the data of the lower Yellow River channel was interpreted and extracted from seven years before and after the operation of Xiaolangdi reservoir in 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005,2010 and 2015. The spatial and temporal variation characteristics of the lower Yellow River channel were revealed by spatial overlapping analysis and list comparison. The results showed that the lower Yellow River channel after the operation became narrower and the water area changed much less than those before the operation of Xiaolangdi reservoir. The water area of the lower Yellow River channel has changed 546.979 square kilometers during the 15 years from 1985 to 2000, and it has changed 46.759 square kilometers during the 15 years from 2000 to 2015. This indicated that the Xiaolangdi reservoir has effectively controlled the flow and quicksand in the lower Yellow River channel and played a key role in stabilizing the lower Yellow River channel.
