治未病理论在儿童医疗服务体系中的应用

摘　　要："治未病理论"提出疾病当以预防为主,随着儿童医疗逐渐转变为"重视预防、健康管理"的服务模式,中医"治未病"思想就逐渐应用于儿童健康与疾病的全过程。"治未病理论"的"未病先防""欲病早治""既病防变""病愈防复"的积极防治理念也逐渐深入临床实践,在儿童健康管理体系中得到长足发展。文章主要讨论"治未病"理论在儿童医疗服务体系中儿童健康教育、儿科疾病筛查早诊、儿童疾病的具体治疗等方面的应用,并针对中医"治未病"理论在儿童医疗服务体系中的发展,提出规范管理儿童健康教育平台、加大儿科医疗保健医生团队建设、举办儿童保健培训等合理建议。The theory of "preventive treatment of disease" puts forward that prevention should be the priority. With the gradual transformation of children’s medical care into the service mode of "emphasizing prevention and health management", the thought of "preventive treatment of disease" has been gradually applied to the whole process of children’s health and disease. The active prevention and treatment concepts of "prevention before disease", "early treatment before disease", "early treatment prevention" and "preventing the recurrence of illness" of the theory of "early treatment prevention" have also been gradually applied in clinical practice and made great progress in the management system of children’s health. This paper mainly discusses the application of "preventive treatment of disease" theory in children’s health education, early diagnosis and screening of pediatric diseases, specific treatment of children’s disease and other aspects in the children’s medical service system. In view of the development of the theory of "preventive treatment of disease" in children’s medical service system of traditional Chinese medicine, some reasonable suggestions are put forward, such as standardizing the management of children’s health education platform, strengthening the team building of pediatric medical and health care doctors, and organizing children’s health care training.
