集束化护理干预对小儿先天性髋关节脱位手术肢体功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究与分析集束化护理干预对小儿先天性髋关节脱位手术肢体功能的影响。方法选取我院自2016年3月—2018年3月收治的90例小儿先天性髋关节脱位手术患者作为研究对象。采取随机数字表法,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例。对照组仅给予常规护理,观察组给予集束化护理,对比两组患儿下肢运动功能评分(FMA)及疼痛程度评分。结果干预前,两组FMA及疼痛程度评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与干预前相比,两组干预后FMA评分均升高,疼痛程度评分降低,且与对照组相比,观察组上述评分改善更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对小儿先天性髋关节脱位手术患者实施集束化护理能够促进改善患儿肢体功能,降低术后疼痛感。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of clustering nursing intervention on limb function of congenital dislocation of hip in children. Methods 90 children with congenital dislocation of the hip treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing only. The observation group was given cluster nursing. The lower limb motor function score(FMA) and pain score were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in FMA and pain score between the two groups(P > 0.05). Compared with before intervention, the FMA scores of both groups increased and the pain scores decreased after intervention. Compared with the control group, the above scores of the observation group improved more significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of bundled nursing in patients with congenital dislocation of the hip can promote the improvement of children’s limb function, reduced the pain and improve the children’s daily life ability.
