医用三氧联合护理干预在治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价医用三氧大自血疗法联合护理干预对带状疱疹后遗神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)患者痛阈、痛情绪和痛反应的影响。方法选择我院老年科2017年3月—2018年7月收治的40例接受医用三氧大自血疗法的带状疱疹PHN患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。对比两组患者治疗前后疼痛(VAS)评分、痛阈值、痛情绪(焦虑抑郁HADS)评分。结果治疗前,两组VAS评分、痛阈值和HADS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS、HADS评分低于对照组,痛阈值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论医用三氧大自血疗法是当前应用范围不断扩展的新方法,联合综合护理干预措施,可显著缓解带状疱疹PHN患者疼痛症状,改善其情绪状态,提高生活质量。Objective To evaluate the effects of medical three-oxygen selfblood therapy combined with nursing intervention on pain threshold, pain mood and pain response in patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN). Method 40 cases of patients with herpes zoster PHN who underwent medical three-oxygen self-blood therapy were enrolled in our hospital from March 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine care and the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention. The pain(VAS) score, pain threshold, and pain mood(HADS) scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score, pain threshold and HADS score between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS and HADS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the pain threshold was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Medical trioxide self-blood therapy is a new method that is expanding in the current application range. Combined with comprehensive nursing interventions, it can significantly alleviate the pain symptoms of patients with herpes zoster PHN, improve their emotional state and improve their quality of life.
