摘  要:目的评价高浓度深静脉微量泵联合鼻饲补钾治疗重症监护室低钾血症的效果。方法选入2017年4月-2018年4月我院重症监护室中低钾血症患者60例,采用抽签法的分组形式将其平均分成实验组(n=30,采用高浓度深静脉微量泵联合鼻饲补钾治疗)与对照组(n=30,采用高浓度深静脉微量泵补钾治疗),分析补钾时间、补钾液体数量、血钾浓度与不良反应、满意度。结果实验组的补钾时间、补钾液体数量、血钾浓度优于对照组,数据之间的比较存在统计学差异,P<0.05。对照组的不良反应发生率高于实验组,P<0.05。结论在重症监护室低钾血症治疗的工作中,采用高浓度深静脉微量泵联合鼻饲补钾手段,有助于加快患者的康复速度,减少补钾时间,具有较高的推广价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of high concentration deep vein micropump combined with nasal feeding of potassium on hypokalemia in intensive care unit. Methods 60 patients with hypokalemia in the intensive care unit of our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into experimental group (n=30, treated with high concentration deep vein micropump combined with nasal feeding potassium supplement) and control group (n=30, treated with high concentration deep vein micropump potassium supplement). Analysis of potassium supplementation time, amount of potassium supplementation liquid, blood potassium concentration, adverse reactions and satisfaction. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in potassium supplementation time, amount of potassium supplementation liquid and blood potassium concentration, and there was a statistical difference between the data (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of hypokalemia in intensive care unit, the combination of high concentration deep vein micropump and nasal feeding of potassium is helpful to accelerate the recovery of patients and reduce the time of potassium supplementation, which has a high popularization value.
