举元煎加减治疗慢性前列腺炎40例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨举元煎加减联合西医口服甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星胶囊剂和外用半导体激光照射治疗治疗慢性前列腺炎中的效果。方法 2013年7月—2017年12月选取包头市第四医院男性科的40例慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,治疗组用举元煎加减联合西医口服甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星胶囊剂和外用半导体激光照射治疗治疗。对照组用口服甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星胶囊剂和外用半导体激光照射治疗。结果治疗2个疗程后,随访3个月,治疗组中10例患者治愈,占50.0%;显效6例,占30.0%;有效2例,占10.0%;无效2例,占10.0%;总有效率为90.0%。对照组中,治愈6例,占30.0%;显效6例,30.0%;有效2例,占10.0%,无效6例,占30.0%;总有效率为70.0%。组间比较采用χ~2检验,结果差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.654 1,P<0.05)。结论举元煎加减联合西医口服甲苯磺酸妥舒沙星胶囊剂和外用半导体激光照射治疗治疗慢性前列腺炎,能使痊愈率明显提高,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of modified juyuanjian combined with oral administration of capsule of sulfloxacin toluenate sulfonate and external application of semiconductor laser irradiation therapy of chronic prostatitist. Methods 40 cases of patients with chronic prostatitist admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2013 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group used the modified juyuanjian combined with capsule of sulfloxacin toluenate sulfonate and external application of semiconductor laser irradiation therapy of chronic prostatitist, while the control group used the oral administration of capsule of sulfloxacin toluenate sulfonate and external application of semiconductor laser irradiation therapy. Results After 2 treatment courses, the 3-month follow-up showed that 10 cases were cured in the treatment group, accounting for 50.0%, 6 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 30.0%, 2 cases were effective, accounting for 10.0%, 2 cases were ineffective, accounting for 10.0%, and the total effective rate was 90.0%, and in the control group, 6 cases were cured, accounting for 30.0%, 6 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 30.0%, 2 cases were effective, accounting for 10.0%, 6 cases were ineffective, accounting for 30.0%, and the total effective rate was 70.0%, and the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=3.654 1, P<0.05). Conclusion The modified juyuanjian combined with oral administration of capsule of sulfloxacin toluenate sulfonate and external application of semiconductor laser irradiation therapy of chronic prostatitist can obviously improve the cure rate, which is worth clinical promotion.
