摘  要:目的探究炎症因子、骨膜蛋白与尿酸水平与冠心病之间的关系,该文特就此展开研究,旨在为临床上进一步探究冠心病的发病机理提供依据。方法以2017年1—12月间来该院心内科进行治疗的60例冠心病患者作为研究对象,该研究中经冠状动脉造影显示1支及以上主动脉狭窄>50%者为冠心病组(实验组),将经冠脉造影检查阴性且排除为冠心病的患者定义为对照组,实验组与对照组各为60例,所有入选患者空腹12 h以上于次日晨起抽取静脉全血,离心分离提取血清,用尿酸酶法测血尿酸浓度,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中CRP、IL-6和TNF-α等炎症因子的浓度,用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测患者血浆骨膜蛋白水平。结果研究结果显示,实验组的UA水平(355.7±2.82)明显高于对照组(309.6±2.42)(t=5.23,P=0.04),实验组的PN水平(35.6±2.25)明显高于对照组(10.2±2.63)(t=5.99,P=0.04),实验组的炎症因子(IL-6、IL-10、IL-10、TNF、CRP)均高于对照组(t=8.23、9.23、4.99、16.20、7.52,P=0.04、0.03、0.04、0.01、0.04),两组患者之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该研究充分证明了UA、PN、炎症因子(IL-6、IL-10、IL-10、TNF、CRP)与冠心病的发生存在一定关系,该实验只是初步探讨出IDO与冠心病之间存在一定关系,但是对于冠心病严重程度的判断及预后的评估尚缺乏证据,是不是能够作为冠心病诊断及风险评估因素有待进一步研究。Objective To study the correlation between the inflammatory factor, periosteum protein and uric acid level and coronary heart disease in order to provide basis for the further study of onset mechanism of coronary heart disease. Methods 60 cases of patients with coronary heart diseases treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected, and the coronary heart disease group(experimental qroup)were the patients whose coronary angiograph was 1 or above, and aortarctia >50%, and the control group were the negative patients showed by the coronary angiography without coronary heart disease, and there were 60 cases in the experimental group and 60 cases in the control group, and the intravenous whole blood of all patients selected was extracted on the morning next day after fasting over 12 h, and the serum was extracted by the centrifugal separation, and the serum uric acid concentration was tested by the enzymatic method, and the concentrations of serum CRP, IL-6, TNF-α were tested by the ELISA, and the plasma periosteal protein level was tested by the ELISA. Results The research results showed that the UA level in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group[(355.7±2.82)vs (309.6±2.42)(t=5.23, P=0.04)], and the PN level in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group[(35.6±2.25)vs (10.2±2.63)(t=5.99, P=0.04)], and the inflammatory factor (IL-6, IL-10, IL-10, TNF, CRP)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=8.23,9.23,4.99,16.20,7.52, P=0.04,0.03,0.04,0.01,0.04), and the differences between groups were obvious, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The UA, PN, and IL-6, IL-10, IL-10, TNF, CRP have a certain correlation with the coronary heart disease, and the test initially studies that the IDO have a certain correlation with the coronary heart disease, but lack evidence of the determination of severity of coronary heart disease and evaluation of prognosis, and whether it can be used as the diagno
