尿道成形术治疗小儿先天性尿道下裂的临床护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究接受尿道成形术治疗的小儿先天性尿道下裂患儿的护理方法以及护理效果。方法由2016年8月—2017年10月在该院接受接受尿道成形术治疗的小儿先天性尿道下裂患儿中随机选择141例患儿作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将纳入对象分为常规干预组(n=69)和优质干预组(n=72),所有纳入患儿均接受尿道成形术,同时接受用药指导、病情观察等常规护理干预,优质干预组患儿同时接受优质护理干预。结果常规干预组出现并发症患儿为24例,总发生率为34.78%,优质干预组出现并发症患儿为9例,总发生率为12.50%,2组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.252 9,P=0.041 2)。常规干预组护理总满意度为73.91%,不满意患儿为18例,满意患儿为51例,优质干预组护理总满意度为95.83%,不满意患儿为3例,满意患儿为69例,2组患儿护理满意差异有统计学意义(χ~2=2.8907,P=0.0482)。结论接受尿道成形术治疗的小儿先天性尿道下裂患儿应用优质护理干预既能够降低并发症发生率同时还能够提高患儿护理满意度。Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of urethroplasty in treatment of children with congenital hypospadias. Methods 141 cases of children with congenital hypospadias admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 tp October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, including the routine intervention group with 69 cases and the excellent intervention group with 72 cases, and all children received the urethroplasty, medication guidance and observation on diseases, and the excellent intervention group received the excellent nursing intervention. Results In the routine intervention group, there were 24 cases with complications, and the total incidence rate was 34.78%, and there were 9 cases with complications in the excellent intervention group, and the total incidence rate was 12.50%, and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=3.252 9, P=0.041 2)and the total satisfactory degree in the routine intervention group was 73.91%, 18 cases were unsatisfied, and 51 cases were satisfied, and in the excellent intervention group, the total nursing satisfactory degree was 95.83%, 3 cases were unsatisfied, and 69 cases were satisfied, and the difference in the nursing satisfactory degree between the two groups was statistically significant (χ^2=2.890 7, P=0.048 2). Conclusion The application of excellent nursing intervention after the urethroplasty in treatment of children with congenital hypospadias can reduce the incidence rate of complications and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of children.
