疼痛规范化护理流程在癌痛患者中的临床应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的对癌痛患者临床护理中应用疼痛规范化护理流程的临床应用效果进行研究分析。方法选择2016年7月—2017年7月间在该院进行治疗的癌痛患者共90例作为研究分析对象,使用随机数字法,将全部患者分为观察组、对照组两组,其中对照组应用常规护理方式,观察组在对照组的护理基础上应用疼痛规范化护理流程,对比两组护理人员的理论考核评分、专业成就感以及患者的疼痛评分、疼痛持续时间、规范用药情况、健康教育知识了解率。结果在两组护理人员的理论考核评分以及专业成就感方面,观察组分别为(92.38±5.47)分、(12.41±3.63)分,明显高于对照组的(84.28±5.83)分、(5.79±2.66)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.797,、9.868,P<0.05,);在两组患者的疼痛评分、疼痛持续时间、规范用药情况以及健康教育知识了解率方面,观察组分别为(2.36±0.68)分、(6.22±1.09)min、32 (71.11)%、36 (80.00)%,明显优于对照组的(3.64±1.46)分、(15.20±3.47)min、18例(40.00%)、14例(31.11%)差异有统计学意义(t=5.331,、16.562、8.820、21.780,P<0.05)。结论在对癌痛患者进行临床护理中,应用疼痛规范化护理流程具有显著效果,有效提高护理人员的专业能力,同时显著提高降低患者疼痛持续时间,提高其生活质量,在临床护理中值得推广应用。Objective To research and analyze the application effect of pains standardized nursing procedures in the cancer pain patients. Methods 90 cases of patients with cancer pains treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group used the routine nursing way, while the observation group used the pains standardized nursing procedures on the basis of the control group, and the theoretical examination score, professional achievement sense, pain score, pains duration, standardized medication and awareness rate of health education were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical examination score and professional achievement sense in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,[(92.38±5.47)points,(12.41±3.63)points vs (84.28±5.83)points,(5.79±2.66)points],(t= 6.797, 9.868, P<0.05), and the differences were statistically significant, and the pain score, pain duration, standardized medication and awareness rate of health education in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,[(2.36±0.68)marks,(6.22±1.09)min, 32(71.11)%, 36(80.00)% vs (3.64±1.46)points,(15.20±3.47)min, 18 cases(40.00%), 14 cases(31.11%),(t =5.331, 16.562, 8.820, 21.780, P< 0.05), and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The application effect of pains standardized procedures in the cancer pain patients is obvious, which can effectively improve the professional ability of nursing staff, obviously improve the pains duration and improve the quality of life, and it is worth promotion and application in clinical nursing.
