摘　　要：四川高速公路网的不断完善,联网收费系统的实施,为四川省高速公路运行ETC提供了必要的基础。从2014年10月ETC试运营至2017年底,经过三年发展,四川省仍然有较大的ETC用户开发潜力。文章介绍了ETC开户相关问题及发展对策,利用四川省高速公路交通大数据,分析了非ETC用户的高速公路使用情况,揭示了四川省开发ETC用户的巨大潜力。最终就开户策略、应用领域、ETC服务质量、ETC宣传方面给出了ETC用户的开发对策。The continuous improvement of Sichuan expressway network and the implementation of networked toll collection system provide the necessary basis for the operation of ETC in Sichuan expressway. From October 2014 to the end of 2017, after three years of development, Sichuan Province still has great potential for ETC user development. This paper introduces the problems and development strategies of ETC account opening process, Based on the large data of expressway traffic in Sichuan Province, the expressway usage of non-ETC users is analyzed, and the great potential of developing ETC users in Sichuan Province is revealed. Finally, the development strategies of ETC users are given in terms of account opening strategy, application fields, ETC service quality and ETC propaganda.
