护理风险控制在瘢痕子宫阴道分娩中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理风险控制在瘢痕子宫阴道分娩中的应用效果研究。方法:采取电脑随机编码法将2016年7月1日-2017年10月1日于笔者所在医院妇产科行阴道试产的63例瘢痕子宫孕妇分成两组。对照组31例,实施常规产科护理。观察组32例,采取护理风险控制。对比两组阴道分娩成功率、母婴并发症、出院天数及护理满意度。结果:观察组阴道分娩成功率(84.38%)高于对照组(58.06%),差异有统计学意义(X^2=5.341,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分(89.26±2.21)分,高于对照组的(77.46±3.35)分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.553,P<0.05);观察组住院天数(3.28±1.05)d,短于对照组的(5.49±1.32)d,差异有统计学意义(t=7.367,P<0.05);观察组除了子宫破裂,其他母婴并发症发生率都低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对瘢痕子宫阴道分娩产妇采取护理风险控制,可有效减少母婴并发症,提高阴道分娩成功率。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing risk control in vaginal delivery of scarred uterus.Method:A total of 63 pregnant women with scar uterus from July 1,2016 to October 1,2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups by computer random coding.31 cases in the control group received routine obstetric care,and 32 cases in the observation group took care risk control.The success rate of vaginal delivery,maternal and infant complications,days of discharge and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The success rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group(84.38%)was higher than the control group(58.06%),the difference was significant(χ^2=5.341,P<0.05),and the score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group(89.26±2.21)scores,was higher than(77.46±3.35)scores of the control group(t=16.553,P<0.05),the hospitalization days in the observation group was(3.28±1.05)days,was shorter than(5.49±1.32)days in the control group(t=7.367,P<0.05).The incidence of uterine rupture excepted and other complications of mother and infant in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing risk control for pregnant women with scar uterus vaginal delivery can effectively reduce maternal and infant complications and improve the success rate of vaginal delivery.
