摘　　要：通过万家寨水电站1～4号机组接力器锁锭的结构、工作原理及密封种类对锁锭的漏油原因进行了系统的分析,提出使用外置锁锭液压缸来驱动原锁锭销,实现锁锭的投入和拔出功能,即可解决锁锭的漏油问题。依据可行的方法提出了具体的技改方案、施工工序及注意事项。经检验,已解决了锁锭漏油问题。Through the systematic analysis on oil leakage of the locking ingot in terms of structure,operation principle and sealing type of the servomotors for Unit 1 ~ 4,Wanjiazhai Hydropower Plant,the external hydraulic locking cylinder is proposed to drive the original locking pin realizing operation and pulling out.This solves issue of the oil leakage.The specific updating scheme,construction procedures and attention are raised based on feasible method.By inspection,oil leakage from the locking ingot is eliminated.
