厄瓜多尔水电站总承包项目劳工管理研究

摘　　要：厄瓜多尔有多个中资企业在建工程项目,遇到的劳工问题纷繁复杂,成为工程建设中重大风险因素。文章对厄瓜多尔工程项目劳务管理做了较为系统的阐述。从劳务合同类型、劳工成本、用工风险及控制三方面研究分析,并结合在建项目本身采取的具体措施,对南美劳务管理的突出特点进行深入探索和总结,为类似项目提供了有益的借鉴和帮助。A couple of Chinese enterprises are working on projects in Ecuador.Issues encountered on labor employment are various and complicated.They are the important risks in engineering construction.In the paper,the labor employment management in Delsi Hydropower Project is described systematically in terms of labor contract types,labor cost and labor employment risks & control.With example of specific measures taken in the project construction,the outstanding features of labor employment in South America are deeply explored and concluded.This provides similar project construction with reference and assistance.
