彩色多普勒超声检测子宫内膜癌患者血流参数与微血管密度的关系探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检测子宫内膜癌患者血流参数[搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)]与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法选取2018年3月至12月收治的子宫内膜癌患者30例为研究组,另选取同期收治的子宫内膜增生患者32例为对照组,2组均予以彩色多普勒超声检查,对比2组的血流参数和MVD计数。结果研究组的PI和RI值均小于对照组(P<0.05),MVD计数均大于对照组(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析显示RI值与MVD计数呈负相关(r=-0.501,P<0.05),PI值与MVD计数无相关性(r=0.250,P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌患者彩色多普勒超声的RI值与MVD计数呈负相关,而PI值与MVD计数无明显的相关性,可为诊疗方案的制定及预后判断提供依据。Objective To investigate the relationship between blood flow parameters pulsation index(RI),resistance index(PI)and microvessel density(MVD)detected by color Doppler ultrasound in patients with endometrial cancer.Methods Thirty patients with endometrial cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study group.Thirty-two patients with endometrial hyperplasia admitted in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were examined by color Doppler ultrasound.The blood flow parameters and MVD counts of the two groups were compared.Results The PI and RI of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and MVD counts were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that RI values were negatively correlated with MVD counts(r=-0.501,P<0.05),and PI values were not significantly correlated with MVD counts(r=0.250,P>0.05).Conclusion The RI value of color Doppler ultrasound is negatively correlated with MVD count in patients with endometrial cancer,but PI value is not correlated with MVD count.The correlation between RI value of color Doppler flow parameters and MVD count in patients with endometrial cancer can provide basis for making diagnosis and treatment plan and judging prognosis.
