新时代加强新建本科高校基层党建的路径选择

摘　　要：加强新时代高校党建工作,是加强党对高校领导的重要环节,是扎根中国大地、办好人民满意的高等教育的根本保证。为更好地适应新形势、新任务、新要求,新建本科高校要切实坚持党建引领,积极推进基层党建工作创新,为新时代谱写学校发展新篇章提供坚强的组织保障。为此,新建本科高校党委要着力于强化政治建设统领、聚焦"两个作用"发挥、深化理论武装工作、加强干部队伍建设、坚持先进文化引领,不断提高学校党建质量,增强基层党组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力,练好办学治校的基本功。Strengthening the Party construction of basic Party organizations of university in the new era are considered as the key link of strengthening the leadership of the Party in university and the basic foundation of ensuring the satisfying higher education that deeply rooted in China as well.In order to meet the requirements of the new situation,new tasks and new goals,newly-established universities shall firmly stick to the leadership of Party construction and positively promoting the innovation of Party construction in basic Party organization so as to provide firm organizational guarantee for the construction of promising future of university in this new era.Therefore,the Party committee of newly-established universities shall make efforts to strengthen the leadership of political construction,bringing the function of basic Party organizations and the Party members into play,deepening theory learning,consolidating the team development of the cadres,insisting the leading of advanced culture,improving the quality of Party construction of the university,enforcing the creativity,fighting capacity and cohesiveness of basic Party organizations so as to guarantee the governing ability of the university.
