伐昔洛韦联合薄芝糖肽 窄谱中波紫外线治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨伐昔洛韦联合薄芝糖肽、窄谱中波紫外线治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法选择带状疱疹患者82例随机分为2组,对照组口服伐昔洛韦、维生素B1及甲钴胺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合薄芝糖肽、窄谱中波紫外线治疗。观察2组的疗效,疼痛缓解时间、皮疹愈合时间、结痂时间以及带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)发生率。结果 2组治疗总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组疼痛缓解时间、皮疹愈合时间及结痂时间均短于对照组;同时,治疗组带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伐昔洛韦联合薄芝糖肽、窄谱中波紫外线治疗带状疱疹疗效优于单纯抗病毒、营养神经治疗,可缩短疗程、降低PHN发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical therapeutic efficacy of valacyclovir in combination with bozhi glycopeptide and narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)phototherapy in the treatment of Herpes Zoster.Methods 82 patients diagnosed with Herpes Zoster are randomLy divided into two groups,the control group received Valacyclovir, Vitamin B1 and Mecobalamin,and the treatment group were based on The Treatment of the control group while received bozhi glycopeptide and NB-UVB phototherapy.The total effective rate,neuropathic pain relief time,rash healing time, blister scab time and the rate of post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN)in both groups were observed.Results The difference in the total effective rate between the groups were statistically signifincant (P<0.05).The neuropathic pain relief time, rash healing time,blister scab time of the treatment group were obviously shorter than those of control group,besides,the rate of post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN)in treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of valacyclovir combined with bozhi glycopeptide and NB-UVB phototherapy is superior to that of single anti-virus therapy and neurotrophic therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster,which may especially reduce the course of treatment as well as the incidence of PHN.It is worthy popularizing in clinic.
